When your credit card payment is accepted by Paypal, we will send an order confirmation to you by email. Paypal will also send a transaction confirmation for your record. Upon confirmation, no orders can be cancelled.
• Deliveries will take 7-10 business days, depending on the destination. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow extra time for delivery during sales season.
• A delivery confirmation together with a tracking number will be sent after your order is dispatched.
• We use international carriers such as DHL, Fedex and EMS for delivery. Because of their restrictions, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
• If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at the agreed delivery address, the carrier will leave a calling card giving the number to call to arrange a re-delivery.
Shipping charges vary according to the destination and delivery service selected. At the shopping cart, you will be asked to select the country of delivery and the delivery service. The final shipping costs will be shown before you proceed to payment.

Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. All import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to will be liable to the recipient. As we are unable to advise the estimated amount, we suggest contacting your local customs office if further information is required.
